The Client Contact Contact Centre has had a significant change during the month
of February with the implementation of the new Bitco telephone system.
The system not only allows for our clients to be greeted professionally by an auto
attendant message, it also caters for even call distribution amongst consultants, recording of calls and most
importantly provides statistical reporting amongst other professional features.
