Deposita has 38 trained technicians that service and maintain the ABM's®. They form part of the operational division of Deposita that focuses on the ongoing improvement of customer services. If any problem is encountered with a machine the Deposita Client Contact Centre gets a call, a service request gets logged and the technician is sent out within 24 hours to rectify the issue. Gauteng has 10 technicians, Pretoria and Mpumalanga have 9 each and the remainder are based in and around the rest of South Africa.

Deposita is continually looking at areas that justify employing additional technicians to improve our service to our clients.

Each technician is issued with his own Deposita branded vehicle, which forms part of the Deposita re-branding exercise undertaken in 2009.
